The Training Information is intended only for the purposes described in IoTsa and ESQ’s explanatory information for the training from time to time published on this website (“Explanatory Information) and not for other purposes. Unless otherwise stated the Training Information is introductory and general and is not intended to be fully comprehensive or specific to all circumstances or applications.
The Training Information is intended only for users who have the skills, qualifications or experience described in the Explanatory Information (“Prerequisites”) and not for any other person. If you do not have all of the Prerequisites then you should not purchase or participate in the training unless first agreed in writing by IoTsa or ESQ after full disclosure by you of your skills, qualifications or experience.
The Training Information does not substitute for the user exercising the skill, knowledge and experience that is reasonably expected of a person who has the Prerequisites. A user is expected to exercise their own skill, knowledge and training at all times and IoTsa and ESQ are not liable or responsible for any injury, loss or damage if the user fails to do so.

If you have a purpose or application for a New Technological Development for the training or the Training Information, then you should not purchase or participate in the training unless first agreed in writing by IoTsa or ESQ after full disclosure by you of the purpose or application and any relation to a New Technological Development. Any use of the Training Information other than in accordance with these requirements is strictly prohibited and IoTsa and ESQ are not liable or responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising.
A user is not authorised to copy or disclose the Training Information, either whole, or in part, to any third party, unless first agreed in writing by IoTsa or ESQ.
